JEFFERSON — The Jefferson Historical Society has been awarded a grant of $5,000 to improve access to its local history collection in the Old Jefferson Town House. The grant was provided by the Facilities Grants Program of the Maine New Century Community Program, administered collaboratively by the Maine State Archives, Maine State Museum and the Maine Historical Records Advisory Board.
