The Good Samaritan Society Beatrice sent care packages to soldiers last week as part of the 50th Anniversary celebration of the Beatrice center.Several businesses contributed to the project, including Homestead Land, Fox Funeral Home, St. Paul s Lutheran Church, Jim s Carpet, Hill Home Furnishings, First National Beatrice Bank and Exmark Manufacturing.
