Four new boardmembers were elected to the Carthage Humane Society Board of Directors on Thursday. Connie Artym, Kalene Cole, Steve Hensey and Connie Shull were named to the board, filling seats that had been held by Cindy Davis, Harriet Miller, JoAnn Evans and David Butler.
