Investor's Business Daily - The employment cost index rose 0.8% vs. Q2, a little below views. Wages and benefits also climbed by 0.8%. Year over year, the ECI rose 3.3%, the same as in Q2. Wages also gained 3.3%, while health care and other benefits rose 3.2%, near recent longtime lows.
