Investor's Business Daily - The Economic Cycle Research Institute's leading index dipped to 140.9 in the week ended Sept. 28 from 141 the prior week. Slower housing activity outweighed stock price gains and lower interest rates. The index's annualized growth rate was unchanged at 0.9%.
