I was talking with a friend and realized we both had different views on what happens to us when we die, so I thought I would see what people on here think as to what Sikhism says. My question is when we die, do we go to heaven, get judged by God, and then get sent back to earth? Or, do we die and then instantaneously get reborn into something/someone else without first going to heaven and being in God's court?
Basically the main question I have is do we go to heaven for a while after we die or do we go straight into another body. Thanks for anyone's input. Quotes from SGGS would be helpful too.
