The way some look at SIKHS

The Vedas and the Guru Granth Sahib both preach the practice of meditation on the sound of the bell,conch,thunder, etc. They both also preach on the seeing light and traveling through the inner planes, they both promise jivan mukti through meditation, its through internal practice that a man can escape the chakra of 84 million births, all external practices like the turban or the shaved head are insignificant to us now, the turban as made to distinguish the sikhs from the uslims and others, now we do not need to do that becuz there is no war against muslims and sikhs in america. Both religions come from the basic root of practicing meditation. Thats the similarity and thats why hinduism and sikhism are the same
