ਜੀਅ ਜੰਤ ਕੇ ਠਾਕੁਰਾ ਆਪੇ ਵਰਤਣਹਾਰ ॥ ਨਾਨਕ ਏਕੋ ਪਸਰਿਆ ਦੂਜਾ ਕਹ ਦ੍ਰਿਸਟਾਰ ॥੧॥
Jī▫a janṯ ke ṯẖākurā āpe varṯanhār. Nānak eko pasri▫ā ḏūjā kah ḏaristār. ||1||
Master of the living and life, by self so interacting everywhere. Nanak, only one so present, where has second been seen!
ਅਸਟਪਦੀ॥
Asatpaḏī.
Eight stanzas hymn
ਤਿਸ ਤੇ ਦੂਰਿ ਕਹਾ ਕੋ ਜਾਇ ॥ ਉਬਰੈ ਰਾਖਨਹਾਰੁ ਧਿਆਇ ॥
Ŧis ṯe ḏūr kahā ko jā▫e. Ubrai rākẖanhār ḏẖi▫ā▫e.
Where can one go away from such. Through contemplation of the protector is one saved.
ਨਿਰਭਉ ਜਪੈ ਸਗਲ ਭਉ ਮਿਟੈ ॥ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਣੀ ਛੁਟੈ ॥
Nirbẖa▫o japai sagal bẖa▫o mitai. Parabẖ kirpā ṯe parāṇī cẖẖutai.
