CHANDIGARH: Controversial Nihang sect chief Ajit Singh Phoola, who was set ablaze by two inmates inside Punjab’s Amritsar central jail, died at the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) here yesterday morning, an official said.
