Punjab government today transferred seven IAS officers in the state. Karan A Singh, Secretary PWD (B and R) will be made Managing Director Punjab State Industrial Development Corporation (PSIDC) in place of Anurag Verma who goes as Special Secretary revenue, an official spokesman said here.
