Funky Finger of Jackson will headline a celebration April 26 in Milan as the Gibson-Obion County Humane Society SPCA in Yorkville celebrates its grand opening. Woofstock '08 will be from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. April 26 at Milan City Park amphitheater, 350 Ellington Drive.
