Pamela McClanahan has been appointed director of Minnesota Historical Society Press-Borealis Books. McClanahan, a 25-year veteran of the publishing industry, began her career at West Publishing Co. in St. Paul, where she was production editor of college textbooks. She was also managing editor of Fortress Press and Augsburg Books in Minneapolis.
