A raffle for a dinner for 20 at the historic Lehmann mansion in Lake Villa was won by Mayor Frank Loffredo's mother Celia Loffredo, 91, of Waukegan. For the first time the Lake Villa Historical Society Christmas party was open to the public and 50 attendees were treated to a concert by Lakes Community High School jazz band and jazz and concert choirs in the festive venue of the Lehmann Mansion.
