ST. LOUIS (AP) - The Humane Society of Missouri says it's rescuing 67 dogs and six cats from a breeding facility near West Plains in Howell County. The Humane Society in St. Louis says a veterinarian determined that animals on the property, except for four dogs, should be removed.
