The Oregon Humane Society reached a milestone when the 10,000th pet was adopted on Tuesday. Bella, a one-year-old kelpie mix, was the milestone pet adopted. The Linger family of Northeast Portland was the lucky family, after four-year-old McKenna Linger and Bella became instant friends.
