For more than 30 years, the Polk County Historical Society has managed to keep the elements from creeping through the roof of its main building located on Highway 2 in Crookston - thereby preventing damage to priceless historical artifacts - by patching the gaps with volunteer labor and funds. The time has come, however, to get a new roof as well as other building upgrades.
