Chandigarh, Feb 21 : The submission Friday of a report to Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda suggesting the formation of a separate Sikh body to manage Sikh shrines in the state could lead to friction with Sikh leaders of neighbouring Punjab.
