First Officer Convicted Under A Washington State Law Gets 16-Year Sentence

The police officer, Jeffrey Nelson, shot and killed Jesse Sarey, 26, while attempting to arrest him in May 2019. Mr. Nelson was found guilty of murder and assault last June.
