A former employee off the American Cancer Society is now facing federal charges for ordering cell phones for the non-profit and then selling them on ebay and craigslist. John Phillip Martin worked for the group for 17 years and was able to embezzle more than $590,000 since 2005. If he is found guilty, he could face up to 30 years in prison.
