MUMBAI (Thomson Financial) - Fitch Ratings affirmed the ratings of Bank of Queensland (BoQ) after the bank offered to buy the Home Building Society (Home). "While Home is a relatively small financial institution, it will provide BoQ with a broader geographic base and an established presence in Western Australia," Fitch said.
