Lately i saw some bad things, based on kaam...Inadvertently, i dont wanted to see things like this, they just showed up while switchting tv program and that reminds me at that girl, I got to know last year.. I hoped i forgoot it but no... This girl i got to know was in love with me, but I didn´t care, and didnt want to become kaami, so i did everything to avoid her( i know this was a bad solution, and i regret it still) She was very sad and tried everything to get my attention but I didn´t I liked the girl as well, she was very friendly etc, but i only moved away from her ( I thought i can get problems with Grilfriend etc.. and its forbidden for sikhs to have non sikhs girl as girlfriend, but anyway she was interested in my culture etc.. So one day, to got my attention in school(because she was very sad, unahppy etc..) she came into the gent-bathram, while i was washing my hands.. she asked me why i do avoid her etc. and i really don´t found any answer then she undressed completly and said : Why don´t you want me am I ugly, why you are doing this to me.. I was totally shocked.. And stood there ... Nowadays the bad thoguhts are just pursuing me.. I dont want to think about, but I can forget them.. And i think i wouldnt forget them so fast, because i can remember very much things i´ve done in the last 10 years... This bad thoughts don´t vanish similar whether i jap Wahegurus name... And its a big sin... I only try to think about other things but this bad thoughts pop up everytime.. please help me i am getting crazy i don´t want too see those things they really gnaw on me.... I suffer.. What should i do?!?! PLEASE help me... THis Kaam is making me Crazy but i dont want to indulge !! I don´t know what happend to that girl, because i changed my school. I am a ******* asshole......
I do P.E. and everything else but i can´t forget these thoughts...
