Beverly Powers snapped pictures as quick as her smile. She had good reason to do both. Powers' son, Joseph Steph-ens, was one of 35 students inducted into the National Junior Honor Society's Poughkeepsie Middle School Chapter Thursday morning during a ceremony at the College Avenue school.
